Approach to solving the problem

- Extend the standard data model for custom requirements
- Set up clean and dynamic data storage to avoid duplicates (including importing legacy data from Excel spreadsheets)
- Integrate reports and dashboards for comprehensive analysis
- Synchronize customer appointments and emails between Salesforce and Outlook
- Streamline the lead process with:
- Direct lead creation from website (email-to-case to lead; phone & email validation)
- Partially automated qualification process
- Direct phone number recognition via CTI
- Lead performance tracking (conversion rate, lead quality and more)
