Flexibility is very important to us – both in terms of working hours and location. This allows you to balance your work and personal life and choose whether you want to work in the office, hybrid or 100% remotely.
We have two offices – one in Düsseldorf and one in Cologne – as well as a coworking space in Frankfurt. At all three locations, we create spaces where our Aviandos feel comfortable, can work with focus, and come together at any time.
We take care of your health and wellbeing and offer a subsidised Urban Sports membership. You can choose between yoga, gym, trampoline parks or whatever else keeps you moving and makes you happy.
