The most important aspect of our collaboration is that everyone involved works together and moves the project forward – regardless of whether they are employed by Aviando or Xenium. Because everyone is working towards the same goal: understanding and implementing the customer's requirements and making the customer happy. We greatly appreciate that Aviando and Xenium share the same values and have the same understanding of what constitutes successful project work. A high degree of conscientiousness, good structure and high quality standards are just a few examples of what characterises our collaboration. To strengthen the team spirit, Xenium and Aviando hold regular face-to-face meetings, such as workshops, visits to the Canstatter Wasen or joint after-work get-togethers. In addition, we both benefit from the expertise and project experience of the other team, as both have different qualifications and are happy to share newly acquired knowledge from training courses, for example.
