You will meet with our HR department to get an initial impression of Aviando.
Depending on your area of application, you will have a technical interview with one of your future colleagues.

We will get back to you promptly and, in the best-case scenario, welcome you to the team.

FAQs about your application
There are several ways to apply to us 🙂 The easiest way is to fill out our application form. You are also welcome to send your application directly to hallo@aviando.io.
Your onboarding usually begins with a few days on site at our Düsseldorf office. First and foremost, we want every employee to feel comfortable and integrated into the team right away, so your first day is designed to be relaxed. After you have met everyone at Aviando in person, you will learn about the most important processes and we will set up your IT equipment together. Your Teamlead and HR will be there to help and advise you. But don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to take it all in – because the first few days can be overwhelming. 🙂 Once you have an overall picture of Aviando and how we work, the goal is to start on your first projects and tasks as soon as possible.
As an IT consultancy, it goes without saying that we provide every employee with high-quality equipment. That’s why we work with Mac Books as standard at Aviando. We also have height-adjustable desks at every workstation, allowing you to alternate between sitting and standing to keep you fit. 🙂
All employees have trust-based working hours and can decide for themselves when and where they work. We always make sure that no one gets bogged down in work and that there is enough time for relaxation and leisure.
Of course, there are days when longer hours are necessary, but it is very important to us that this does not become the norm.
It is extremely important to us that you do what you enjoy and what you are good at. That is why we support you based on your strengths and interests. In regular feedback and development meetings, we work together to determine where your journey at Aviando should take you so that we can provide you with the appropriate support, an exciting project or the next interesting training opportunity.
Aviando was founded by friends for friends – and that’s exactly the spirit we live by. Everyone should feel comfortable, enjoy their work and, of course, have fun doing it. To ensure that our remote employees feel just as much a part of the team, we keep each other updated through digital coffee breaks and our internal newsletter. In addition, we regularly organise both virtual and physical events for the entire team.
From festivals and a weekend trip to Portugal to simple activities like spikeball on the Rhine and after-work get-togethers in the old town – it never gets boring with us! We love planning team events and activities with our entire team – but everything is optional, nothing is mandatory. 🙂 We are especially happy when our remote employees come to visit us in Düsseldorf and all Aviandos spend time together.
