Ticket

Takes a requirement from chat, transcript or bullet points, reads repo and org context and delivers ticket, solution design, tests and confidence report in one shared, editable preview.

  • New ticket from chat, transcript or backlog entry
  • Refine an existing ticket in a targeted way
  • Questions only when they change the outcome
  • Dependent sections stay consistent

Tickets that are truly ready for development

No "ready" by gut feeling: an independent confidence check demands at least 80 points and zero open hard blockers before a ticket may enter development.

Real context instead of hallucination

The agents work on your real project repository and your org, pinned to a specific commit. Existing components are recognised, new ones are proposed with the exact API name and target location.

Full control through human gates

Every Salesforce write shows a complete preview first. Push, deployment, merge and promotion remain separate approvals. No agent touches protected branches or production.

Fully traceable

Every agent run writes a comment, a history entry and a Chatter post to the work item, with agent, model, result, evidence and token usage. Audit included, not an add-on product.

Salesforce stays the source of truth

Ticketforce builds on native DevOps projects and work items. Promotion to INT, UAT and production runs through the Salesforce DevOps Center, no parallel tool stack, no vendor lock-in.

Documentation comes for free

User and developer documentation is generated per ticket and maintained with versioning in the Salesforce wiki: manuals, search, history and PDF export, without a separate documentation tool.

Description

As a sales rep I want to store customer-segment-specific discount tiers directly in the price book, so that the right price is determined automatically from the customer segment and the ordered quantity when I create a quote.

Today, volume discounts for enterprise, business and standard customers have to be calculated manually. This leads to inconsistent prices, extra coordination effort and errors in quotes.

The discount tier is determined from the account's customer segment, the selected product and the quantity of the quote line. If no matching tier exists, the regular price book entry is used.

Individually negotiated special terms and retroactive price changes to existing quotes are not part of this ticket.

Acceptance criteria
AC-1Separate discount tiers can be maintained for the customer segments Standard, Business and Enterprise.Done
AC-2A discount tier contains product, customer segment, minimum quantity, optional maximum quantity and discount rate.Done
AC-3When a quote line is added or changed, the matching discount tier is determined automatically.Done
AC-4If several tiers match, the tier with the highest reached minimum quantity is used.Done
AC-5If no matching discount tier exists, the regular price book entry remains unchanged.Done
AC-6A user can always trace which discount tier was applied to a quote line.Done

Runs in your org

Ticketforce is a managed package in your Salesforce org. Projects, tickets, tests, wiki and audits stay with you, and your code stays in your Git/GitHub.

No parallel tool stack

Native data model on DevOps projects and work items, promotion through the Salesforce DevOps Center. You can continue without Ticketforce at any time: no black box, no lock-in.

Human gates by design

Agents never push to protected branches, never merge, never promote and never run destructive actions. Each of these actions needs its own explicit approval.

Data-minimal & auditable

The agents load only the repository and ticket context that is actually needed. Every run is logged on the work item with model, result and token usage. LLM access via enterprise APIs without training on your data.
