Introducing Langdock. So that AI becomes part of everyday work.
Aviando supports you from the first use cases, through agents that work with Salesforce and your core systems, to a team that uses Langdock safely and independently.
AI has long been in use. Just rarely together.
Some employees work with private accounts, others are waiting for approval. Binding rules are missing, good prompts stay in a few heads, and nobody knows exactly which information ends up where.
A licence alone changes little. If AI is to help in everyday work, it takes suitable use cases, clear guardrails and people who know how to work with it.
AI does not need hype. It needs a clear starting point.
What is Langdock?
In short: an AI platform from Berlin. It brings together more than 40 models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and other providers in a GDPR-compliant working environment. On top of that come agents, workflows and integrations that turn individual requests into reliable work processes.
Important to understand: Langdock is not a language model itself. It is the layer between your employees and the AI providers, where model selection, permissions and company knowledge are managed centrally.
Chat
The everyday interface for research, writing and analysis. You pick the right model for each task and share proven prompts with colleagues.
Agents
Specialised assistants with a clear brief, stored knowledge and access to connected tools. Built once, used by the whole department.
Workflows
Multi-step processes with triggers, conditions and review steps, assembled in the visual editor. They keep running even when nobody is in the chat.
Integrations
Connections to CRM, document storage, ticketing systems and collaboration tools. If an interface is missing, you can build it yourself or add it via the Model Context Protocol.
Why companies choose Langdock
Free choice of models instead of vendor lock-in
The market produces new model generations at short intervals. Your IT enables them centrally, and everyone keeps working in the same interface. Existing cloud contracts with Azure, AWS or Google can be integrated using your own keys.
Data protection that makes approvals easier
Langdock is ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type II audited and hosted in Europe. According to the provider, your content is not used to train the models. That shortens many discussions with data protection officers and the works council.
Control without the brakes
Single sign-on, roles, approvals per integration and audit logs give IT the overview. For properly connected sources, Langdock adopts the access rights of the source system. Nobody then sees more than before.
From chat to process
Agents access company knowledge and carry out actions in connected tools, only after confirmation if you wish. Workflows respond to events such as a new lead in Salesforce and take over recurring steps in the background.
When Langdock fits and when it does not
Langdock is a good fit if …
several areas are to work with AI and you do not want to tie yourself to a single model provider. An IT landscape that has grown over time, with Salesforce, file storage and a ticketing system, speaks for it just as much as strict data residency requirements. The step is particularly worthwhile when initial experience exists but a shared way of working is missing.
Another solution is better if …
almost all work takes place in Microsoft applications and AI is mainly needed there. If agents are to act exclusively within Salesforce, or only a handful of power users use AI, there are more suitable routes as well. The FAQ further down covers the differences in detail.

We come from CRM and process design
We have been building Salesforce solutions for mid-sized companies for years. That is why Langdock does not remain an island with us, but works with the systems that hold your customer data.
Enablement instead of dependency
We do not build anything that only we understand. Your team learns to develop, test and maintain agents itself, with no black box.
Change management included
Acceptance does not come from training sessions alone. Our change expertise helps to bring managers, the works council and the workforce along.
An honest assessment
We work out with you where a first attempt makes sense and where processes, data or responsibilities should be clarified first. If another tool is a better fit, you will hear it from us first.
In four steps from access to everyday practice
- 1
Find the use case
First we clarify goals, typical tasks and previous AI experience. From that we select use cases that bring relief early on and define guardrails for IT, data protection and co-determination.
- 2
Test in a pilot
We set up the workspace, connect single sign-on and enable suitable models. A small group of champions tries out the first agents and provides honest feedback from day-to-day business.
- 3
Enable
In hands-on training sessions, employees build agents for their own tasks. They learn to phrase good inputs and to review results critically. That includes the question of where responsibility stays with people.
- 4
Scale
Proven agents move into further departments, and recurring processes become workflows. We connect Salesforce and other core systems, gather feedback and define who maintains the workspace in the long term.
What we take care of for you around Langdock
Introduction & setup
Workspace, roles, model approvals and a usage policy that matches your requirements. That way your team starts on a clean foundation.
Agents & workflows
Together with your business departments we create building blocks for specific tasks, from the quotation agent to the approval workflow. Tests and documentation are included, so your team can maintain them itself later.
Integration with Salesforce & co.
Langdock becomes truly valuable with access to real data. We connect Salesforce, SharePoint, ERP or Jira, build custom integrations and make sure the permission concept is clean.
Learn moreEnablement & champions
Training for beginners and power users, a champions programme and a shared library of tried-and-tested templates and agents.
Learn moreGovernance & rules
We develop usage policies and approval processes and prepare documents for data protection and the works council. We also plan and document AI literacy measures with you, as required by the EU AI Act. This does not replace legal advice.
Operations & further development
We remain available after go-live too. We assess new models, keep agents up to date, clear out orphaned drafts and show you where usage is growing or stalling.
What changes for your company
Less shadow AI
Employees use an approved tool instead of private accounts. Confidential information stays in a controlled environment.
Relief from routine work
Research, summaries and drafts come more easily. That leaves more time for what takes experience.
Better prepared decisions
Agents bring information from CRM, documents and knowledge sources to where the work happens.
More independence
Your team develops agents further itself, and when new models arrive you switch without rebuilding your ways of working.
Frequently asked questions from practice
ChatGPT Enterprise gives you access to the OpenAI models. Langdock combines several providers, including Anthropic, Google and Mistral, in one interface, so you choose the strongest model for each task and stay flexible when the market moves. You also manage agents, automations and interfaces centrally.
Copilot plays to its strengths directly in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Langdock pays off when several model providers, integrations outside the Microsoft world or agents across system boundaries are needed. Some companies use both side by side, each where it delivers the most.
Agentforce is anchored directly in Salesforce and is suited to agents that act in CRM processes, including in contact with customers. Langdock is the AI working environment for the entire workforce, regardless of who has a Salesforce licence. The two often complement each other, and we help you distribute tasks sensibly.
According to the provider, yes. The provider holds an ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II report. The platform runs in European data centres, as do most of the available models, and your IT decides which ones are enabled. Whether your use is compliant with data protection law overall also depends on your own rules. We define those together.
No. According to Langdock, neither the platform itself nor the connected model providers use your inputs and files for training. Transmission and storage are encrypted, and retention periods can be set individually.
Through the native integration, agents read records from your CRM, summarise customer histories and create activities or tasks after confirmation. Workflows start automatically as soon as, for example, a new lead comes in. We design together how deep the connection goes and which permissions apply. This is exactly where our core expertise lies.
Chat and agents are billed per user per month. Workflows are added as a package per workspace, and the API is billed by usage. The provider publishes current prices on its website. Together we plan licences so that they match actual usage.
No. We develop them with you and the people who do the work every day. A manageable use case that a pilot team can test well is a good place to start.
That depends on how many areas start, which systems are connected and which consultations are needed, for example with the works council. In the initial meeting we outline a realistic timeline for your starting point.
Yes, that is exactly what our introduction is designed for. Agents and simple workflows are created without programming skills. After the training, your employees take over maintenance themselves. If you wish, we stay by your side as a sparring partner or for ongoing operations.
