Rollout in your team

Roll out ChatGPT, Claude or Langdock with purpose.

From first orientation to everyday use in your team: we find suitable tasks, review the choice of platform and support setup, pilot and enablement of your employees.

Our starting point

We start with your work, not with the tool.

Together we find suitable use cases, choose a fitting platform and introduce it in your team with a manageable pilot.

  • Suitable tasks instead of generic prompt training
  • Platform choice tested against your real cases
  • A manageable pilot with clear success criteria
Start with the right questions

Do not choose the tool first. Understand the work first.

  1. 01 Where do research effort, repetition and manual handovers arise?
  2. 02 Which tasks are suitable for a first use?
  3. 03 Which information is needed, and which may be used?
  4. 04 What are the requirements for quality, security and collaboration?
  5. 05 Who takes responsibility for rollout and use?
Concrete outcome

A shared target picture, prioritised use cases and a proposal for a manageable pilot.

For us, AI strategy means making decisions

Which tasks come first, which data may be used, who is responsible for rollout and use. We clarify these points using your own processes and record them in a way that lets you work with them afterwards.

The rollout path

From the first use case to a usable way of working.

  1. 1

    Understand

Look at existing work together with the people involved. Record tasks, data, problems and requirements.

Outcome A task overview that can be prioritised, and the starting position.
  2. 2

    Select

Choose two to three suitable use cases. Define success criteria and test suitable platforms against these tasks.

Outcome Pilot scope, platform recommendation and evaluation criteria.
  3. 3

    Prepare

Set up the work environment, approved knowledge, roles, work instructions and the required integrations. We take your existing system landscape into account, for example Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or relevant specialist systems. Personal sign-in or authorisation is only planned where it is necessary.

Outcome A prepared workplace for the pilot group.
  4. 4

    Test in everyday work

Work with real tasks and a small group. Also test incomplete information, error cases, missing permissions and required approvals.

Outcome A traceable assessment of benefit, quality and open issues.
  5. Decision point after the pilot

A pilot does not automatically lead to a rollout. We evaluate together and decide deliberately.

Evaluate improveroll outdo not continue for now
  6. 5

    Roll out in the team

Enable employees based on their actual tasks. Provide prepared role packages and ways of working. Define points of contact and feedback channels.

Outcome Teams that can use the workplace in their relevant tasks.
  7. 6

    Support and improve

Monitor usage, result quality, rework and costs. Maintain knowledge and work instructions and add further use cases in a targeted way.

Outcome Regulated operation with clear responsibility.
Platform comparison

Which platform suits your team?

Claude and ChatGPT are the work environments of their own model providers. Langdock is a cross-provider enterprise platform. Using a model through Langdock is not the same as the full feature set of the respective vendor app.

Questions

Four questions before you start

Initial conversation

A sensible start begins with a concrete task.

Tell us where your team loses the most time today. From that we jointly develop the first use cases, a platform recommendation and a manageable pilot.
