Thorsten Winkels
Sales Director
Thorsten has been in IT consulting since 2013. His main responsibilities are sales and HR. His goal: turning companies into digital frontrunners with clever IT solutions and sensibly automated processes. For him, close, trusting and friendly collaboration always comes first - whether with customers, partners or the Aviando team.

Christopher Uhrig
CTO & Co-Founder
Chris has been working in consulting since 2016 and enjoys making processes digital and scalable - for our customers as well as at Aviando itself, so that we practise what we preach 🙂 He also takes care of technical pre-sales and supports Paula as her right hand in marketing. Over the course of his career he has contributed to more than 100 projects, helping customers from start-ups to DAX corporations take their IT landscape to the next level.

Deni Panknin
Salesforce Architect
Deni has been part of the Salesforce cosmos since 2017 and has held pretty much every role in it - from developer and consultant to project lead and product owner. Today he works as a Salesforce Architect, helping our customers build tailor-made marketing and commerce solutions - from start-ups to international enterprise projects. What matters most to him is the balance between technical excellence and pragmatic delivery - or, as he calls it: architecture with common sense.

Jannika Beckmann
Salesforce Consultant
Jannika has been part of the Aviando team from the very beginning, working in the Salesforce ecosystem as an administrator, consultant and business analyst. In that time she has supported projects at large and small companies alike, helping to optimise and digitalise business processes. Supporting non-profit organisations is also close to her heart, which is why she completed a certification in the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Internally, Jannika owns the topic of sustainability and, together with Paula and Chris, drives our internal CSR initiatives to sharpen awareness for this core value and create positive change even on a small scale.

Pengyang Liu
Salesforce Technical Architect
Yang has been working in IT and consulting since 2015. His focus is on architecting and developing secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. He has done this both as an external consultant on numerous customer projects and as an in-house system architect in large corporate structures. Today he supports Aviando as a technical architect in the cloud space.

Tamara Marinovic
Change Management Consultant & HR Business Partner
Tamara has a dual role at Aviando as HR Business Partner and Change Management Consultant. With her academic background in business psychology, people are at the centre of her daily work. Internally she helps evolve our HR concepts and actively shapes our company culture. As a Change Management Consultant she is responsible for transformation projects, focusing on guiding Salesforce implementations.

Tim Vogel
Salesforce Consultant
Tim has been part of the Salesforce ecosystem since 2020. From his beginnings as an admin to his move into consulting in 2023, he has seen a wide range of environments and picked up plenty of best practices along the way. As a consultant and business analyst he helps our customers continuously improve their processes. His focus is on the Sales, Service and Experience Cloud and on integration with other systems.

Anna Schonarth
Managing Consultant Salesforce
Anna has been working in IT consulting since 2014, specialising in digitalising and optimising her customers' sales processes. She also runs our project management, making sure our projects are delivered in a structured way and to our quality standards. Over her career, Anna has gained experience across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharma and professional services. She has helped both start-ups and DAX-listed companies take their CRM processes to the next level.

Nico Hakenes
Functional Consultant
Nico has been active in the Salesforce space since 2016 and brings plenty of experience from strategy consulting. As a Functional Consultant at Aviando he connects those two worlds and drives exciting Salesforce projects forward. His focus spans from understanding business requirements and translating them into technical tasks all the way to implementation for our customers. He brings long-standing Salesforce expertise from his previous roles and now also wants to grow further in project management.

Susanna Fischer
HR Manager
Susanna has been part of the Aviando team from the start. Even before joining Aviando she discovered her passion for human resource management. With experience in IT consulting since 2019 and an HR background from other industries, she now runs the people side of Aviando - covering everything from recruiting and onboarding to contracts and employee care.

Maren Schüssele
Salesforce Consultant
Maren has been in consulting since 2017 and brings broad experience in data-driven CRM projects - especially in customer segmentation and campaign optimisation. She joined the Aviando team in 2023 and currently works mainly on automating business processes with Salesforce, with a focus on the consumer goods industry. Going forward she wants to expand her profile with the Marketing Cloud, so she can bring in her segmentation and campaign management know-how from earlier projects.

Maxi Wieczorek
Salesforce Consultant
Maxi's journey in the Salesforce cosmos started in 2021. Working both on the customer side and in consulting, he learned to constantly make new topics and technologies his own. Petra Vall
Salesforce Consultant
Petra has been working as a Salesforce admin since 2020. Her interest in the cloud-based CRM solution Salesforce was first sparked - initially as a user - during an internship as part of her business studies. Since then she has been actively deepening her skills, focusing on the Sales and Service Cloud, to always offer our customers the best possible solution.

Marketing Manager
Paula joined Aviando as a working student during her master's in International Management & Psychology. Isabell Gutsche
Salesforce Consultant
Isabell's path led her into the Salesforce world in 2022, where she supported an international rollout on the customer side and most recently worked as a Salesforce administrator. She joined the Aviando team in 2026. With her focus on implementing and optimising CRM solutions in the Sales Cloud, she brings her know-how to a wide range of customer projects.

Annika Daul
Salesforce Lead Consultant
Annika has been advising international marketing teams from a wide range of industries on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud since 2019. Her focus is on designing and technically implementing complex marketing processes and customer journeys, as well as on user enablement through trainings and coaching. As an aspiring Marketing Cloud Architect she supports projects end to end - from the first requirements analysis to a successful go-live.
