Goal: stabilise operations
MOaaS assumes a working system setup: a CRM basis, clean data flows and implemented mechanisms in your marketing environment. Once that is in place, Aviando takes over operations and further development. With clear rules, documented standards and targeted use of agents, without building a 20-person ops team.
MOaaS is our product for B2B companies that want to build marketing operations as a capability rather than a project.
At its core it is a simple idea: you have data in the CRM. Now it should produce measurable impact. For that to work you need a setup that is maintainable, an operation that runs reliably and a steering function that keeps improving. And all of that without improvising from scratch every time. That is exactly what MOaaS is for: continuous improvement of the running journeys, a steadily growing understanding of your audiences and standards that stay with the team.
MOaaS is an operating model. For it to run reliably, you already need implemented mechanisms: a clear CRM basis, defined data flows, working campaign and tracking logic, and journeys/automations that basically run.
If your system setup is not yet in place, we do not start with a retainer that later works against open construction sites. In that case implementation is the right entry point. After that we take over stable operations and further development with MOaaS.
Implemented mechanisms
Budgets are under pressure. Teams are short-staffed. Software is often in place but only partly used. That is where "shelfware" appears: features are paid for but not anchored in daily work.
MOaaS starts exactly where the biggest potential lies: in ongoing operations and in the continuous improvement of journeys, data logic and standards.
To start, we review your running journeys, processes and data flows. The result is clear documentation of your setup and concrete recommendations for the next steps.
What you have afterwards:
A reliable picture of the current state, a prioritised roadmap and a shared understanding of how you run marketing ops in your context.
In the retainer we take over technical ops: maintenance, troubleshooting and workflow setup. Design and copy stay deliberately separate so that ops remains plannable and focused.
How we work:
Prioritisation by clear rules. Larger initiatives are scoped cleanly as projects.
We look at the numbers of the running journeys regularly and derive concrete improvements. Not as "dashboard theatre" but as a pragmatic optimisation rhythm.
What matters:
Traceability of measures, better assessment of impact and a learning loop between marketing and sales.
MOaaS is not a black-box service. You get release and update briefings, best practices and formats that make your team more capable.
Goal:
More confidence with the setup, less dependency, better decisions.
