About the customer
flexi is a subsidiary of Sparkasse Bremen and offers its customers a flexible way to become homeowners. flexi combines renting and buying: flexi purchases the property of your customers’ choice, covers all ancillary purchase costs, and customers can move in on a trial basis until they are ready to buy. In addition, flexi enables its customers to purchase shares in the property during the trial period, thereby reducing the rent.
About the project
To optimise internal processes, flexi is working with Aviando to increase automation in Salesforce. In addition to a more efficient sales process, the focus is on simplified document creation via Drive Connect. This reduces manual effort and makes daily work noticeably easier.

Background information & problem
flexi has already successfully implemented Salesforce and uses it in its day-to-day business. Nevertheless, there is a list of improvement requests that are intended to make the system even more efficient. Therefore, there is a need for extended automation within the sales processes, such as automated email dispatch. Another request from flexi is simple and direct document generation from Salesforce. Adobe, the previous tool for document generation, is to be replaced by Drive Connect.
Approach to solving the problem
The aim of the project is to simplify day-to-day business processes, increase productivity and significantly improve the user experience for flexis employees. The implementation of further automation will reduce routine tasks, allowing resources to be used more efficiently. In addition, the effort required for manual data maintenance will be reduced, while data quality will be improved. By replacing Adobe and introducing Drive Connect, all flexis employees will be able to access automatically created Google Drive folders for customers and properties directly from Salesforce and create documents such as contracts or landlord certificates with a single click. This will save a considerable amount of time and minimise potential errors.
