Background information & problem definition

Until recently, Speed U Up had been using the Professional Edition of Salesforce, but only in a rudimentary way and without external consulting. The benefits of the system remained limited because there was no clear target vision. Sales also operated largely independently, which affected efficiency and consistency in sales.

To overcome these challenges, Speed U Up upgraded to the Enterprise Edition of Salesforce. This upgrade laid the foundation for a unified and optimised sales strategy that integrated all relevant business processes. With its advanced features, the Enterprise Edition enabled Speed U Up to coordinate sales processes more effectively and develop a clear roadmap for the future use of the system.

Goal definition

The aim of the project was to optimally adapt the Salesforce platform to the needs of different user groups and companies without straying too far from the standard. The focus was on improving sales processes through targeted optimisations. An essential part of this strategy was the automation of the folder structure and document generation using ShareConnect, which led to a significant increase in efficiency.

In addition, the project management tool awork was integrated to ensure seamless workflows between Salesforce and awork and reduce manual effort. As part of this, a live price calculator was created, enabling the mapping of bundle products.

The use of state-of-the-art technologies resulted in a significant increase in productivity and a sustainable improvement in operational processes. Each step of the project was carefully planned to ensure that the defined business objectives were effectively achieved. The implementation was carried out in close cooperation with Speed U Up, ensuring smooth system integration and data security.
