About the project

Due to manual lead assignment and limited reporting capabilities, sales at Leads Navigator GmbH was time-consuming and labor-intensive. By implementing the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM solution and our lead process, invoice automation, and active partner management solutions, we were able to increase the number of qualified leads from 400 to 900 per month and achieve sales growth of 150% compared to the previous year.

  • Apex-based geolocation search to accurately match qualified leads to partners (by radius and qualification)
  • Creation and dispatch of lead forms with flows
  • Implemented five dashboards for performance tracking

  • Three-step dunning process with escalation levels
  • Automated recording of incoming payments and allocation to open invoices
